Thanks for sharing the workout information. I used to be really into weightlifting and then kinda got bored of it for a decade or so. 🤷 I've recently started again, since learning how important it is for post menopause. And I'm loving it💪

That's funny, I almost asked you the same thing. It was an interview with Dr. Sims on a podcast, followed by reading her book, where I've learned the importance of weightlifting. And turns out she's vegan, although she doesn't talk about that too much.
